From I-25, exit #149 at Woodmen Road. Go east on Woodmen Road, about 6 miles past Powers Blvd. Go left (north) at light on Meridian Road, follow for 2 miles. go Right (east) on Londonderry Drive, which is the entrance to Meridian Ranch. Follow Londonderry past recreation center, and go Left (north) on Mt Princeton Drive (not labeled on map). Go Left (east) on Mt Evans Drive. Then, Left (south) on Capital Peak Way, and Models are on right side at 10272 Capital Peak Way. Falcon/Peyton, CO 80831.

THE COMMUNITY
Falcon, Colorado, just east of Colorado Springs, is a popular community for new homeowners. Meridian Ranch is a 2,500-acre Master Planned Community surrounded by a new world-class golf course, away from the stress of the city, yet close enough to be convenient. Strong community theme and standards, a 33,000 sq. ft. recreation and family fitness center, a growing number of convenience shopping facilities and larger lots with great home prices add to the allure of the area. Meridian Ranch has completed Antler Creek Golf Course that is 8,100 yards in length making this the 3rd longest course in the world. However, there are 7 different tee boxes to choose from. 18 holes are now open for play, with an additional 18 holes planned to open in the future. This course has a clubhouse, restaurant and pro shop.
SCHOOLS
Falcon School District 49 students post some of the highest SAT and ACT scores in the region, well above the nation average. Children in Meridian Ranch attend the new Meridian Ranch Elementary School, Falcon Middle School and the new Falcon High School. The new Falcon High School recently finished construction within the Meridian Ranch neighborhood and is now open! The previous High School is now the new Middle School, located just west of Meridian Road. And Meridian Ranch Elementary is also located within the Meridian Ranch neighborhood.
SHOPPING AND SERVICES
The Falcon Town Center, located near the junction of Woodmen Rd. and Hwy. 24, speaks well of the growth of the Falcon area. The center features a Safeway (grovery) store, a gas station, a bank facility, movie store, and many other conveniences and restaurants. A brand new Super Wal-mart (including grocery) recently opened within Falcon, and Lowe's home improvement center announced plans to build. Access to Powers Blvd., about 10 minutes away opens up a world of shopping opportunities, including Super Target and Home Depot among mony other popular names. The Chapel Hills Mall and the Promenade Shops at Briargate, two of the regions main shopping centers, are each about 15 miles from Meridian Ranch.
PARKS AND RECREATION
Certainly one of the main attractions of Meridian Ranch is the relaxed lifestyle and the abundance of recreational opportunities starting with a new world-class recreation and fitness center within the community. The fitness center hosts fitness weights and machines, large outdoor swimming pools, a future indoor swimming pool, a gymnasium with baseketball courts and volleyball, an outdoor playground and more. The recreation center is an amenity available for all Meridian Ranch residents. There are currently two large community parks within Meridian Ranch offering picnic areas, basketball court, playgound equipment, and an abundance of playing fields. A 12-acre county park opened in the heart of Falcon with picnic areas, a pond and the trailhead for the Rock Island Trail System that extends from Peyton, and will eventually link to, Colorado Springs. The trail is for hiking, biking and equestrians. Meridian Ranch also has dedicated many acres of Open Space within the neighborhood hosting a paved path for fitness and recreation.
EMPLOYMENT
Meridian Ranch is about 10 miles from Peterson Air Force Base via Hwy-24 and a non-congested drive to Schriever Air Force Base and the Space Command Center. Numerous industrial facilities and business centers along Highway 24 and Powers Boulevard also provide many job opportunities. Meridian Ranch is within 20 minutes of I-25 and the over 18 national and international corporations located along Highway 83 and the Briargate Business Campus. Residents find trouble-free commuting to almost any business center in the Pikes Peak region and even Denver.
